Job Description

In this role, you’ll design engaging, emotionally resonant experiences across product, marketing, and lifecycle surfaces. You’ll work on everything from landing pages and emails to UI guidance and micro-interactions — bringing consistency, clarity, and creativity to how we communicate with users at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive, accessible marketing websites — including landing pages, blogs, and content-driven layouts
• Create email marketing assets, from campaigns to reusable templates
• Design high-quality social media graphics, both static and animated.
• Support and extend in-product UI assets, including modals, tooltips, walkthroughs, and micro-interactions.
• Maintain and evolve a cohesive visual brand system across digital surfaces.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to ensure consistency, clarity, and on-brand execution.
• Execute projects from concept to delivery — independently, reliably and with attention to detail.

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years of design experience across digital environments — including marketing, product, and brand.
• High proficiency in Figma; experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or Lottie.
• Strong design fundamentals — typography, layout, color, composition.
• Familiarity with HTML email design or email builders.
• Experience with designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to create motion design, animation, or interactive prototyping.

Nice to Have

• Passion for travel and exploration.
• Familiarity with Braze or similar lifecycle platforms for email and in-app messaging.
• Knowledge of Appcues, Userpilot, or in-app onboarding tools.
• Experience designing web products that drive conversion and engagement
• Experience designing UI for real products (not just brand marketing).
• Background in a/b testing and funnel optimization.

• Execute projects independently, from concept to final asset delivery.
• Collaborate fluidly across design, product, engineering, marketing, and content.
• Prioritize clearly, iterate quickly, and deliver polished, production-ready assets.
• Uphold and evolve a cohesive visual identity across all user touchpoints.

PORTFOLIO REQUIRED!! Please include work that demonstrates strong Figma execution, mobile and web UI, motion, email, and brand system extensions.

Pay: $612,000.00 - $918,000.00 per year
