Injection Molding Process Technician — Grow With Us

Looking to advance your career in manufacturing? We’re hiring a Process Technician to help optimize, troubleshoot, and improve our injection molding operations.
What you’ll do:
- Troubleshoot and optimize Husky & Mir IJM machines
- Fine-tune cycle times and reduce scrap on the floor
- Coordinate mold setups, tooling, and machine adjustments
- Support training, safety, and continuous improvement projects (SMED, LDR, ergonomics)
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is running efficiently
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on mindset — 90% of the role is on the production floor
- High School diploma (Bachelor’s or technical training a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and process improvement skills
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and GMPs
- Experience with injection molding processes
Preferred qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or continuous improvement experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
