What you will do

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups.
• Perform gap analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility assessments.
• Create process flow diagrams to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.
• Support system integrations, cloud deployments, and data troubleshooting.
• Align project roadmaps with business objectives and drive process innovations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Must haves

• +3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Experience creating and managing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), including As-Is and To-Be process maps.
• Expertise in process flow diagrams (BPMN, swimlanes) using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Proficient in presenting technical and process information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Availability to work during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
• Exposure to data engineering, machine learning, and AI.
• Experience with cost-benefit analysis.
