Code&Care — is a successful full-stack development company, which provides clients with high-quality development assistance worldwide.
Now our team has a position for DevOps Engineer (Part-time)!
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Experience with environment monitoring, health status and alerts monitoring
- Experience tracking against SLO metrics
- Experience with incident management, response, triage, and root cause analysis
- Experience documenting incidents as part of postmortem processes
- Experience with deployment and release support
- Ability to work with DevOps teams on code deployments and ensure environments are operating correctly before and after deployments
- Experience with infrastructure and capacity management, including system scaling, backup & recovery, and patching
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience working with AI LLMs (OpenAI or Anthropic)
- Experience with vector databases
- Availability for 20 hours/week
- Ability to overlap 3–4 working hours with San Francisco timezone (GMT-7)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor environment health status, alerts, and SLO metrics
- Handle incident response, triage, and root cause analysis
- Assist with incident documentation as part of postmortem processes
- Support deployment and release activities together with DevOps teams
- Ensure environments are operating correctly before and after deployments
- Manage infrastructure scaling, backup & recovery, and patching processes
- Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AI LLMs, and vector databases
