Website Designer (12-Month Temporary, Full-Time)

Are you a creative and driven web designer with a passion for crafting visually stunning, lead-generating websites? We’re looking for someone like you to join our team and help bring our customers’ online visions to life! Using your expertise in Adobe tools and graphic design, you’ll create custom websites that align with our clients' needs, best practices, and the latest design trends to ensure their online success.

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to be considered for this role. Resumes must be submitted in English; applications submitted in other languages will not be considered.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing tailored websites based on each customer’s unique needs and goals.
• Revamping mockups or refining existing websites to improve functionality and aesthetics.
• Coming up with innovative solutions to solve design challenges.
• Managing a daily workload and meeting project deadlines efficiently.
• Handling multiple website requests and ensuring smooth project flow.
• Collaborating with internal teams to bring your designs to life and create a seamless user experience.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have advanced knowledge of Photoshop and/or Adobe XD, and are comfortable working with Creative Suite applications.
• Are a team player who communicates effectively and also can work independently when needed.
• Can juggle shifting priorities and handle a variety of projects with ease.
• Have a solid understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals.
• Have an eye for detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Can manage deadlines while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
