Alliance Virtual Offices provides flexible workspace solutions to help remote entrepreneurs thrive. Our services include Virtual Offices, Live Receptionist and Virtual Phone plans, Meeting Room rental, and Coworking access.

We are looking for a Client Service Representative! We believe the best candidates should enjoy interacting with others, have excellent English, can follow, and create detailed processes and seek to be an integral part of the company.

The candidate is expected to be highly fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Requirement: Must submit Resume in English

What You'll Do:

  • Address and resolve service concerns.
  • Establish positive relationships with clients.
  • Follow client success, sales, and collections procedures to ensure the longevity of our clients’ accounts.
  • Learn phone systems, chat systems, CRM system and other tools and actively use, update and troubleshoot. Be proficient with computers and internet as this position spends workday on phone and internet.
  • Consistently read about the industry to improve overall knowledge.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 + years of service experience.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience required.
  • Excellent communication and partnering skills. Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Possess a bachelor's degree.
  • High degree of fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly. Understanding and willingness to follow documented sales and services processes.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Experience creating SOPs, policies, and training materials.
  • Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $20,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
