Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
• Prospect Engagement: Initiate conversations with prospects via phone, email, and social media to understand their needs and introduce SupportZebra's services.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely information about prospects and sales activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for target accounts, including personalized outreach and follow-up.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor your sales approach effectively.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably in the BPO or Service related industry. Preferably with proven track record of results.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
• Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills with a willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work culture.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
