Customer Service Representative (completely remote job, but need to be located in Aguascalientes, Mx)

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Central Time (with a 30 min lunch break)

Tasks include:

• Answering calls regarding lease and lease lead follow up (Example: "I see that you just viewed 123 Main Street. I was wondering what you thought of the property. Would you like to fill out an application?")
• Help prospective tenants troubleshoot lockboxes, or solve any problems with the showing or leasing process. Enter their contact information into a database.
• Answer any emails pertaining to realtors asking questions about the properties.
• Follow up on lease leads inquiries (Example: "We have not heard back from you, would you still be interested in our property on 123 Main Street. The property is still available, would you like to view the property or fill out an application?")
• Take general calls (Answer questions about the lease, the application, pet policy, balance due etc.)
• Assign tickets to the appropriate person on our database.

Qualifications and personal characteristics:

• Must be able to speak English. We are looking for fluency with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Must have customer service experience
• Must have a friendly, approachable demeanor on the phone, in text and email communications
• Must be able to work independently and follow procedures and processes
• Must be tech savvy and a team player
• Must live in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Able to travel to the US is a plus.
• Must have a solid internet connection. Employee to provide their own computer, mouse, & keyboard. 1836 to provide access to a web-based phone.

All new positions have a 90 day trial period to evaluate the fit of the position and candidate. Quarterly reviews are held after that to review job performance and adherence to 1836’s core values: Integrity, Guidance, Innovation, Performance Driven, and Emotional Connection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $160.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
