Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging, in-person training sessions on healthcare certification courses, such as CPR, First Aid, and other life-saving skills, in various locations across Texas/ US.
• Adapt training methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of participants, ensuring an inclusive and effective learning environment.
• Demonstrate and teach practical healthcare skills, ensuring participants gain hands-on experience and confidence.
• Evaluate participants' performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
• Travel to designated training locations, setting up and organizing training materials and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest healthcare guidelines and incorporate them into training sessions.
• Represent the American Health Care Academy with professionalism and uphold its mission to make a positive impact in communities.

Qualifications:

• Valid US Work Visa of Own (We will not be providing Visa)
• Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)
• Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in an in-person setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and travel logistics.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Texas/ US.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new training content and deliver it effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in healthcare, nursing, or a related field.
• Experience with adult education and training methodologies.
• Familiarity with American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) training guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per month
