We're Charter Group, an international multi-industry company. We are mainly a real estate company, however we have various businesses throughout different industries and are constantly adding to our portfolio. We like to do things differently, takes calculated risks and bet on the future so that we can keep growing as a multinational company.

We are searching for a virtual assistant who can help us get from point A to point B. Someone who can grow alongside our company. A team player who is tech-savvy and is a critical thinker with good communication skills. Someone who learns quickly and is tech-savvy.

As a virtual assistant for Charter Group, you will be responsible for:

Taking and making calls (not cold calling).

Online research (use of search engines to find specific products at the best prices, real estate research, people lookups, data research, real estate research)

Entry-level data entry

Interpreting

Must-have Skills:

Technology

Research

English (indispensable)

Communication

Organization

Other requirements:

Computer with at least an Intel i3 processor, equivalent or better

At least 6BG of RAM

Internet connection of at least 60Mbps (https://www.speedtest.net/)

Payments are made weekly (Friday or Saturday) through WISE

Pay ranges from $80 MXN to $140 MXN per hour, depending on skillset and experience.

There are constant pay raises based on performance.

The job will begin as a freelance project, and hopefully within a few weeks it will remain as a full time job.

IMPORTANT: Initially, this will be a freelance job. Some weeks may only consist of two hours of work, while others may be up to 20. As we ramp up our production and work there will be more stability in the amount of hours to be worked. This may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months. We don't expect you to be on call during work hours, but would prefer a candidate who is generally available during those hours.

Work hours are from 8am Eastern time to 4pm Eastern time (hours may be flexible)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80.00 - $140.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 48 per week

Work Location: Remote
