Mobile Phone Retail Sales Manager - Consumer Electronics Industry

Location: México City

Our client is a leading company in the consumer electronics industry, specializing in mobile phone retail. With a strong presence in the market, they are dedicated to providing cutting-edge technology and an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Phone Retail Sales Manager to drive sales performance and operational excellence across retail locations. This role is responsible for managing sales teams, optimizing store performance, and ensuring outstanding customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate retail sales teams to deliver high-performance results.
  • Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards across all retail locations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand presence and promotions.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail sales management within the consumer electronics industry, preferably in mobile phones. At least 3 years.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strategic approach to sales growth.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM and retail management software is a plus.
