What you will do:

• Answer Inbound Calls for the Customer Service queues
• Make Outbound Calls to clients in accordance with tickets you are assigned to
• Make Outbound Calls to clients who reach out to you personally requesting help
• Send custom detailed email replies to clients
• Review accounts within the CRM to help provide useful information to clients
• Provide billing assistance on occasion (we have a dedicated Billing team)
• Assist clients with certain upgrades/downgrades as well as cancelations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, billing, or a similar field (phone calls and emails, live chats a plus)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Being able to work independently and be self-sufficient
• Ability to adapt to changes and willingness to adjust processes
• Bilingual (English Advanced/Fluent conversational is a must)
• Must be highly organized and have great problem-solving skills
• Positive and friendly energy
• High school or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
