TecAlliance de México, a company dedicated to marketing and information systems for the automotive industry, is seeking talent for the position of Market Research Lead to support the growth of the company in Mexico.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage team performance, providing direction and support to achieve department objectives.
• Develop and implement work plans that align team activities with the company’s strategic goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality in service or product delivery.
• Ensure the efficient use of resources and cost management.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and professional development among team members.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing strategies to proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing analysis and recommendations for decision-making.
• Participate in the selection, hiring, and training of new employees
• Lead and manage the data analysis team, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of reports and analyses
• Develop and maintain processes for data collection and management, ensuring the integrity and reliability of information
• Identify trends and patterns in data that may impact company and client performance, proposing recommendations based on the analysis
• Ensure that metrics and reports meet quality standards and are aligned with the goals of the department and clients
• Provide ongoing training and development to the team of analysts, fostering aculture of continuous improvement and excellence in data analysis
• Ensure compliance with all company regulations and policies related to data management.
• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Specialization in automotive is desirable
• Knowledge on TecDoc and ACES/PIES format
• 5+ years of experience in automotive industry
• Advanced english, spanish is required

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation:

• Salary according to experience and annual bonus
• Major medical insurance after the probation period
• Life insurance after the probation period
• Working from home support of $500 monthly
