Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
1. Collection / Control Function
- Accept customers’ payments accurately
- Print and sort all prepaid Invoices
- Release all paid and prepaid Invoices only to customers’ authorized representatives
- Institute security measures to safeguard cash collection and confidential Information
- Balance all collections at the end of each day vs Oracle Reports
- Remit all collections to the bank through the proper channels and procedures
- Receive and release GC to customers accurately
- Print sales order and releases to customer’s authorized representatives
- Conduct bank to bank verification
2. Customer Service Function
- Provide quality customer service both to internal and external customers
- Carry out Account Officer’s special request / instruction for their customers
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on customers’ complains
- Report to General Services Admin Officer any equipment, furniture and fixture needing repair
- Follow strictly all the policies and procedures of the Treasury Department
- Perform other related responsibilities as maybe assigned by the Treasury Officer e.g., customer settlement
Qualifications:
- College Graduate of any Degree;
- Prior cashiering or similar work experience is an advantage;
- Must be willing to undergo training in Manila for 3 to 6 months
