Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collection / Control Function

  • Accept customers’ payments accurately
  • Print and sort all prepaid Invoices
  • Release all paid and prepaid Invoices only to customers’ authorized representatives
  • Institute security measures to safeguard cash collection and confidential Information
  • Balance all collections at the end of each day vs Oracle Reports
  • Remit all collections to the bank through the proper channels and procedures
  • Receive and release GC to customers accurately
  • Print sales order and releases to customer’s authorized representatives
  • Conduct bank to bank verification

2. Customer Service Function

  • Provide quality customer service both to internal and external customers
  • Carry out Account Officer’s special request / instruction for their customers
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback on customers’ complains
  • Report to General Services Admin Officer any equipment, furniture and fixture needing repair
  • Follow strictly all the policies and procedures of the Treasury Department
  • Perform other related responsibilities as maybe assigned by the Treasury Officer e.g., customer settlement


Qualifications
:

  • College Graduate of any Degree;
  • Prior cashiering or similar work experience is an advantage;
  • Must be willing to undergo training in Manila for 3 to 6 months
