Responsibilities:

• Leverage your extensive developer experience to excel in Salesforce APEX, Flows, Omniscript and API integrations.
• Configuration of Middleware/Integration layer products such as Mulesoft, Make.com or Workato
• Setup Salesforce products such as Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth data deployment.
• Installation & Configuration of AppExchange products
• Take part in technical sessions creating remarkable designs, develop and deploy the final solution and create test plans for the customer to execute.
• Share your expertise and mentor peers, helping them enhance their skills.

Qualifications:

• Possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM development.
• Hold Salesforce Developer Certifications
• Hold Certification in either Mulesoft or SFI (Salesforce for Insurance “Vlocity”) products
• Great written and verbal English communication
• Excel in system development, designing scalable solutions tailored to client needs.
• Proficient in scoping requirements, defining, and documenting projects and systems.
• While insurance industry experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.
• You are goal-oriented, driven by a strong work ethic, and self-motivated.
