Responsibilities

• You will be Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadership
• The role provides an opportunity to lead initiatives providing exposure to senior partners – internal and external
• Liaison with client Black Belts and as well CXO / CFO for query or issues related to efficiency, process stabilization and identifying digital opportunities
• Proactive in balancing query with regards to process transformation
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams; multiple geographies to be responsible for a common agenda for transformation & continuous improvement
• Exposure to Digital process / tool implementation will be an added advantage
• Lead and Implement business process management system for new clients
• Ability to build and run continuous improvement roadmaps in synchronization with client agenda to drive higher efficiency to customers / run better AOI at Genpact level
• Drive Effectively Quality DNA - training, testing & certification, lead any other analytics and efficiency initiatives that come up
• Mentoring of Green Belt Projects
• Basic accounting knowledge to enable understanding of the purpose and the process followed
• Project Management exposure to help work on queries require detailed approach and presentation of facts and figures related to Global Accounting View
• Revitalize LSS culture by embedding LSS skills in Operations, drive client engagement.
• Works with Operation teams to implement improvement plans, process monitoring tools (PKTs, Transaction / Accuracy checks, etc.) & refresher trainings
• Works with Consulting, Solutions, Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand and deliver contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities
• Providing Team Leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools and Process Excellence methodology
• Working closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process magnetizable opportunities, process bottlenecks to drive stabilization, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements across the business or organization
• Building Process Excellence and Digital culture in the team; Driving productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives
• Supporting Transition teams in volume analysis, metric base lining and target setting for new processes
• Driving Standardization and Global Best Practices within the Account.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Exposure to Project management or Process Excellence or MBB profile with significant experience in Transformation.
• Should have experience as a Black Belt (exposure to black belt project / big transformation / consulting projects)
• Confirmed experience in driving continuous improvements across teams using Lean Six Sigma framework
• Facilitative skills – Influencing skills, mentoring, and coaching – to be able to inspire change
• Meaningful experience in this field.
• Previous experience in a multinational company would be an advantage.
• Proven Project Management skills with ability to priorities multiple tasks; (Project management degree/diploma/certification would be an advantage)
• High level Proficiency in systems like MS Projects, Minitab, would be a plus.
• Change Management and Preferred Digital Knowledge
• University graduate
• Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies [Lean, Six Sigma and/or Processes Re-engineering, others] or digital deployment – Application & Execution.
