What you will be doing

• Leverage AI/ML, learning science, and data analytics to design high-impact academic interventions
• Champion a culture of bold experimentation and data-driven decision-making

• Analyzing data in isolation without student engagement

Candidate Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
• Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech
• Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies in educational or professional contexts
• Expertise in designing and implementing AI systems for educational applications
• Strong grasp of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches
• Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
