Our firm is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) personal injury intake specialist. As an intake specialist, you will be the first point of contact with prospects and leads. You will be asked to obtain accident facts as well as consult with our potential clients to find a good fit for the case. This is an entry level position in which we will provide training upon hire. This position is a high potential for growth within the firm. The following will be a part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in automotive issues, defective vehicles, and consumer rights
  • Answer and screen inquiry calls and emails from potential clients
  • Ensure that all retainer documents are properly signed
  • Follow up with potential clients
  • Provide referral communication
  • Schedule meetings/calls for attorneys with potential clients
  • Build strong rapport with potential clients
  • Reviewing and analyzing case facts
  • Regular communication with clients
  • Screening potential case leads
  • Coordinating sign-up of new clients
  • Providing case information to case managers
  • Take accurate notes during the attorney-client initial consultation

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience (Required)
  • Spanish (Required)
  • Open availability (Required)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Ability to organize tasks
  • Computer literacy

Pay: $192.94 - $231.52 per hour
