Roles and Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operations
● Coordinate start dates with clients and new hires.
● Send, review, and organize paperwork from clients and new hires and follow up as necessary to ensure everything is in order before a start date.
● Manage our recruiting platform and trackers.
● Incorporate new hires and clients into our internal systems.
● Deal with day-to-day HR inquiries from our contractors (PTO, Sick days, payment questions, etc.)
Accounting
● Invoicing – set up recurring invoices for our clients.
● Account Receivables- track/follow up with clients if payment was not received on time.
● Payroll – Update and finalize monthly payroll within our system and ensure all payments go out promptly.
● Update P&L on any ad hoc reporting required by the cofounders.
Ad Hoc
● Conduct any ad hoc request that may come up.
● Support the recruiting side of the business as needed.
Skills:
● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
● Ability to manage time effectively and able to adapt to diverse tasks.
● Effective written and verbal communication skills
● Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to the task
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's (Required)
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, PowerPoint)
● Professional experience in related field (1 year minimum)
● Advanced English (Required)
Technology: Google Suites (Excel, calendar, word, PowerPoint), Papaya Global, DocuSign, QuickBooks, CRM
Physical Setting: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST with a one-hour lunch break
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17,530.00 - $20,623.00 per month
