We're looking for a motivated and driven Regional Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You will set up and optimize our collaborations with the local partners and become their trustworthy partner
• You train, support, and develop the drivers towards our international quality standards
• You ensure, adapt, and optimize our quality and service standards according to the needs of the Italian market
• You will take responsibility for an accurate start of each new route
• You will be responsible for customers’ NPS quality evaluation on our local Bus Partners

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation or related studies.
• 2 to 4 years of work experience in travel, logistic or mobility services
• The ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills
• Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality
• Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop an international venture with us
• Fluent in English
