Join our team! The Recruitment Manager will provide administrative support for the end-to-end recruiting and hiring process. Individual will be responsible for all new hire processes and ensure on-boarding success.

About the Role

In this opportunity, you will:

Provide administrative support to high volume corporate recruiters on the end-to-end recruiting process.

Follow up on reports of candidates’ status, resumes and correspondences as requested.

Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Conduct applicant tracking system audit and make appropriate corrections as appropriate.

Audit Recruiters on their daily tasks.

Planning hiring strategies based on Client’s needs.

Handle all new hire processes including offer letter generation/delivery, payroll setup, etc. and maintain proper handoffs of the new hire process to training team, to ensure positive on-boarding experience.

Coordinate all internal and external job postings.

Assist with the recruiting report preparation.

Respond to all internal or external recruiting related inquiries such as referral bonus policy, application inquiries, recruiting process, etc.

Responsible for record keeping of all recruiting related documents such as applications, background check authorization forms, etc.

Make sure that contract information is correct and deliver on time to validation and payroll team.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 5 years of Recruitment experience.

Experience leading teams.

Must be highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Must have experience with automated applicant tracking systems.

Must be quality-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize them appropriately.

Knowledge of the Recruiting life cycle is highly desired.

Must be a detail- and customer-oriented team player with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)

Must live in CDMX or Estado de Mexico

What we offer:

Monday through Friday from 9 am till 7 pm

$30,000.00 netos

3 month's Probation time (might change due to performance)
