Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Website Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing website development projects, a strong understanding of WordPress design, and experience with Shopify and other website platforms. As a Website Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of website projects, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You must be able to read and write in English proficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage website development projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with website developers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all website projects meet quality standards and are aligned with the latest web development best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and other website platforms, and provide guidance to the team as needed.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Website Project Manager or similar role in a digital marketing or web development agency.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress design and development.
• Experience with Shopify and other website platforms (e.g., Magento, Joomla, Wix).
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Solid understanding of web development technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
