Location: RemoteType: Full-time

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Professional / Virtual Assistant with exceptional written English skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support and maintenance coordination tasks, with strong organizational and communication abilities. Additional experience in facilities management, property maintenance, vendor coordination, or project management will be considered a significant plus.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers and maintenance technicians on assignments related to plumbing, electricity, uninterruptible power supply systems, security, space restoration, and cleaning of all facilities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and building management. Monitor all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Plan maintenance operations.
  • Conduct weekly site inspections, including fire prevention systems, considering potential hazards and safety risks.
  • Knowledge and application of both national laws and regulations, as well as company policies related to work tasks.
  • Prepare written reports and documentation related to on-site safety incidents.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or back office roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital tools
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is :
  • Finance or bookkeeping
  • Property management
  • Collections
  • Sales support or marketing
  • Professional certifications in any of the above areas are an advantage

Requirements

  • Reside in Mexico
  • The whole hiring process must be held from the computer you will be applying from
  • Laptop or desktop computer you’d use to work, ensuring that it has a working camera.
  • Your device must have at least 8GB of RAM and run on an Intel Core i3 processor (4th generation) or higher. Additionally, it should be operating on Windows 10 or higher, or MacOS 13 or higher.
  • You must have an internet connection of at least 20 MB download and 5 MB upload.
  • You must have an enabled antivirus on your computer.
