Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Training and Development Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring new hires are well-integrated and supporting the development of mid-level managers. The Training and Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training resources, developing training programs, and managing mentorship initiatives.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and mid-level managers.
  • Coordinate training resources, including scheduling, materials, and facilitators.
  • Manage mentorship programs to support employee development and retention.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Maintain training records and track employee progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the translation and language services industry.
  • Confident and energetic presentation skills must engage others.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of empathy and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
