Position: Customer Service & Cross-Selling Specialist

We’re seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Service & Cross-Selling Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Call Handling: Assist customers with inquiries related to billing, memberships, and appointments, ensuring a high standard of customer care.
• Inbound Sales: Proactively engage with customers during calls to identify their needs and recommend appropriate services or products to enhance their experience.
• Follow-Up Calls: Conduct outbound follow-ups on customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Customer Escalations: Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in company systems.
• Technology Usage: Leverage tools like Google Suite, Podium, and Notion to streamline tasks and maintain efficient workflows.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles with demonstrated success in inbound sales.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Technology Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Google Suite, Podium, and Notion is highly desirable.
• Customer-Oriented: Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues effectively.
• Sales Acumen: Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or products.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
