Experience: 3+ years in a Product Owner role or relevant experience in software application developmentJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and driven Software Application Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Mexico City. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software applications. You will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and end-users to ensure that business objectives are translated into clear, actionable features.Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for software applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a well-defined product backlog, prioritizing features based on value, risk, and dependencies.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure the team has a clear understanding of requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for development teams, providing direction and clarification on product requirements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure features are delivered with high quality and meet business needs.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform future improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for go-to-market strategies and feature adoption.Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a software application environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in defining product requirements and managing a product backlog.
• Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SaaS platforms or mobile application development.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and working closely with design teams.
• Knowledge of data analytics and product performance tracking tools.
• Certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
