We are looking for an experienced and visionary Technical Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in software development and architecture, with expertise in .NET, Angular/TypeScript, AWS, Tableau, Vertica, and Snowflake.

As a Technical Leader, you will drive technical excellence and innovation, leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will play a crucial role in shaping our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable and maintainable software solutions using .NET and Angular/TypeScript
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency
• Leverage data warehousing solutions such as Vertica and Snowflake to design and optimize data storage and retrieval systems
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau to provide actionable insights
• Establish and enforce best practices in DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our technology stack and processes
• Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the team
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project progress and challenges

Qualifications:

Job qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET and Angular/TypeScript
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and infrastructure management
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Vertica and Snowflake
• Proficiency in developing data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau
• Adequate DevOps experience, including working with AWS, configuring CI/CD pipelines, and using infrastructure-as-code tools
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

Additional skills (Nice-to-have):

• Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow management
• Familiarity with Snowflake for data warehousing
• Proficiency in Apache Spark and Scala for data processing
• Experience with AWS EMR, ECS, Athena, and Glue for big data solutions
