Our clients include universities, business schools, language schools, career colleges, K-12 schools, and other organizations.

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a full-time Software Product Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for helping to shape and execute our Go to Market strategy and Product Roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• This job is NOT not a Project Management or Development Management job. We are looking for someone who has extensive expertise in Go to Market strategies and customer based Product Roadmap Developement.
• Working on the product positioning and marketing strategy for our Software.
• Working closely with the Director of IT Solutions and the development team to update the roadmap for software feature additions, based on market needs analyses.
• Managing software project scope by making trade-offs between competing software requirements, such as time vs. cost and software security vs. speed.
• Tracking progress against plan and resolving any variances as soon as they are identified.
• Preparing digital sales support materials for markets on several continents.
• Designing a process and sales funnel to sell the SIS solution from the web site and seeing to its integration.
• Developing a short-term and long-term sales funnel using various marketing tools and strategies.
• Conduct weekly software demos to potential customers.

Required Competencies

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Fluent in French (written and verbal)
• 3+ years-experience in e-commerce, specifically in generating sales for software services.
• 3+ years of experience in software sales.
• 3+ years experience in online lead generation.
• 3+ years experience with CRM and Marketing Automation.
• 1+ year in software strategic planning
• Experience in digital advertising is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39,500.00 - $49,500.00 per month
