We are a fast-growing law firm undergoing a significant digital transformation as we migrate our operations to Salesforce. As part of this transition, we’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a contract basis to help us go live while training our in-house administrators in best practices.

Role Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support between team members and the firm. They perform general office tasks like organizing and delivering documents, mail sorting, phone triaging, and other necessary daily functions to the firm as well as basic HR tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Assists in administrative functions such as telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution. -

  • Handle incoming phone call triage.
  • Manage mail e-sorting and data entry (this will be a key addition).
  • Complete occasional miscellaneous administrative projects as needed.

2. Assists in minor technical set-up of systems, applications, and hardware of new employees.

3. Generic clerical duties as assigned

4. Assists with tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and compliance

5. Provide confidential administrative support to leadership and others as requested

6. Mail room assistance including outbound shipments

7. Office inventory management

8. Enforce office protocols and policies

9. Performs other related duties as assigned by office manager.

10. Order and restock inventory as needed

11. Coordinate employee events such as lunches and offsite events

Skills & Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Bilingual (English-Spanish)

Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent.

· College degree preferred

Experience:

· At least one year of administrative and clerical experience preferred.

  • Work Schedule and Salary:
  • The role will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
  • The monthly salary will be 21,000 MXN.
