Technical Skills:

More than 10 yeares of experience as Senior SAP PM with strong Finance background

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• System/Application Knowledge: SAP – Finance modules, TestRail, JIRA, MS365 (Teams, SharePoint
• Development of project plan using appropriate tools such as MS Project based on budgeted and agreed delivery date.
• Setup and maintenance of project dashboards, risk documentation, signoff documents in approved Fincorp tools (FPM)
• Identification of key stakeholders, steering and sponsorship team-members and appropriate active engagement with each group
• Drive collaboration with appropriate IT teams to align with Fincorp teams and key stakeholders on project requirements, user stories, reporting needs and general.
• Drive project execution, adherence to timeline and delivery of key milestone commitments.
• Attendance and presentation of project materials, updates and stakeholder asks in key meetings, such as project reviews, status updates and escalation meetings.
• Drive issue resolution, identification of blockers, development of resolution plans and tasks associated with timeline adjustments as per Fincorp processes.
• Drive development of test plan, documentation in test tools (TestRail, JIRA) and test execution as per timeline
• Organize and obtain all necessary signoffs for stage-gates and ensure related documentation is saved as per controls requirements.
• Oversee management of change for operational impact – support Fincorp teams to enable transition to operational teams after project go live.
• Keeps focus on compliance related aspects of the project including but not limited to SOX controls, operational controls, SDLC, methodology deliverables, etc.
• Applies subject matter expertise around complex scenarios, manages risk and issues and escalates on time on pressing matters while managing multiple stakeholders and management expectations; towards achieving project results.
