Maintenance Technician - MX

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the production machinery and equipment are always operating optimally.

Essential Functions

• Prevent, repair and fix plant machinery and equipment failures.
• Be knowledgeable and involved with the utility, injection, blow molding, filling, labeling and palletizing areas.
• Develop operational and equipment failure analysis skills.
• Generate root cause analysis to identify potential and recurring problems in machinery and equipment.
• Innovate equipment maintenance processes.
• Maintain and care for the product quality process.
• Communicate any problems, deviations and/or abnormalities with equipment.
• Implement high safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices within the plant.
• Ensure that food safety practices and any applicable SQF System requirements are maintained.
• Communicate any deviations, problems and/or abnormalities with equipment, processes and products.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar maintenance environment
  • 4 Years – Experience in Position
  • 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects

  • 6 Years– Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
  • 6 Years – Experience working in Position
