Activities:

• Handle 100% inbound leads; customers call with questions about potential bookings. Your responsibility is to convert and secure the booking.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with responsiveness and commitment at the core of your process.
• Calls are received 24 hours a day, with peak times from 7am EST to 10pm EST.
• This is a remote position.

Requirements:

• Computer with a minimum of 4GB of RAM
• Internet with Ethernet connection
• Audio headset/microphone
• Advanced conversational English (C1 level)

Experience:

• Call center experience (at least 1 year) preferred

Pay:

• Pay is based on your performance. The more efficient and better service you provide, the higher your commissions will be.
• Actual amounts can vary depending on your sales performance and call demand at the time you sign in.
• Our top agents make between $50,000 - $60,000 pesos a month.
