Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the development, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social media platforms. This role is focused on driving lead generation and client conversions for a law firm. You will spearhead the digital rollout of rebranding initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across all paid channels. Additionally, you will design and manage targeted campaigns tailored to legal services audiences while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to optimize landing pages, enhance user experience, and ensure marketing efforts align with the firm’s overall objectives. The ideal candidate will also analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and deliver actionable insights to maximize ROI and support ongoing business growth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads, increase site traffic, and drive client conversions.
  • Conducting thorough keyword research, creating compelling ad copy, and using A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-click (CPC).
  • Continuously monitoring campaign performance, adjusting bids, targeting, and creative to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Leading the digital execution of the law firm’s rebranding efforts across paid search and display campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and brand identity across all digital channels.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including designers, content writers, and the executive leadership team, to translate the new brand identity into compelling and effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies that incorporate new branding elements, such as logos, colors, messaging, and legal service offerings.
  • Tailoring campaigns to effectively target key legal audiences (e.g., individuals seeking personal injury representation, businesses in need of corporate counsel, etc.), ensuring the campaigns are aligned with the firm’s core services.
  • Leveraging advanced targeting features, such as geo-targeting, and demographic targeting, to effectively reach potential clients in need of legal services within specific regions.
  • Staying up to date with legal advertising rules and regulations to ensure that campaigns adhere to compliance standards in the legal industry.
  • Working closely with web developers and design teams to ensure landing pages and website elements are optimized for lead generation, aligned with PPC campaigns, and consistent with the law firm’s rebranding.
  • Ensuring that user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) on landing pages and websites are optimized for conversions and are mobile-friendly.
  • Monitoring and analyzing PPC campaign performance, tracking key KPIs (click through rate, conversion rate, cost-per-lead, return on investment) to generate actionable insights and detailed reports.
  • Present findings and optimizations to senior management, providing clear and actionable insights to support business objectives.
  • Ensuring all digital marketing materials, from ads to landing pages, are consistent with the firm’s new branding guidelines, while keeping the messaging aligned with the law firm’s core values and services.
  • Overseeing the digital rollout of the rebranding campaign across various platforms, ensuring all channels reflect the updated image of the law firm.
  • Developing and managing PPC budgets effectively to ensure that spending aligns with marketing goals and optimizing the budget allocation based on performance and market conditions.
  • Making data-driven decisions to prioritize campaigns and adjust the budget allocation as necessary.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including content marketers, web designers, and attorneys, to gather insights and align campaigns with the firm’s marketing and business objectives.
  • Coordinating with the law firm’s PR and communications team to ensure digital marketing strategies complement broader PR efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in campaign management (PPC), as a Senior Marketing Strategist or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in rebranding, developing marketing strategies, and creating high-converting landing pages.
  • Strong understanding of legal marketing guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Analytics and data-driven performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, paid search, display advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to craft and communicate compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for maximum conversions.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and effectively manage projects, timelines, and budgets.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for design and brand consistency.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Your own PC or laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
  • A quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work.
