Map Ranking is a full-service Digital Marketing Agency that specializes in Search Engine Optimization, Web Development, & Social Media Marketing. We are looking for experienced project management specialists to join our company.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate website development project by utilizing the tools provided
• Monitor project deadlines and update team members on the project progress
• Schedule project meeting in order to relay client information
• Support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Continuously review and improve internal processes for a more effective project lifecycle
• Complete Quality Control reports at the completion of each project
• Identify potential issues that may arise during the lifecycle of the project and resolve them accordingly
• Close out the project and document accordingly

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Senior Administrative Assistant Role.
• Experience with Google Drive or Microsoft Office tools.
• Must possess strong organizational skills.
• High level of interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong ability to proactively prioritize, plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple tasks as well as projects simultaneously.
• Ability to navigate basic industry software.
• Ability to be a team player and adjust according to company and client needs.
• Able to work independently/unsupervised as well as in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
