Position Overview.

We are seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to oversee high-volume account management, drive customer success, and ensure client advocacy. This role is crucial for the success of our projects, serving as the primary liaison between our staff and clients, with a primary focus on client attention and face-to-face interaction.

We want you if you have experience:

  • Handling all client communications,
  • Customer Satisfaction: Managing client requests to foster an effective personal working relationship as a key contact
  • Understand customers’ organization and procedures in detail.
  • Working with different departments, liaising with cross-functional internal teams, SEO teams, and Development teams to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Overseeing web development projects
  • Assist with challenging client requests
  • Meeting launch deadlines
  • Uploading content and images to WordPress sites,
  • Working closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and to identify and grow opportunities within the territory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Customer Service Excellence: Act as a passionate advocate for customer service, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded at every stage of the project.
  • Contributing to Client Communications: Handle all client communications and manage client requests to foster strong, trusting relationships.
  • Active Assistance in Project Oversight: Understand clients' organizations and procedures in detail to support effective project management.
  • Assisting in Team Collaboration: Support collaboration among various departments and cross-functional internal teams, including SEO and Development teams, to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Providing Hands-On Assistance: Oversee web development projects and assist with challenging client requests to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Supporting Content Management: Upload content and images to WordPress sites, contributing to the overall project delivery process.
  • Customer Success Support: Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and identify growth opportunities, actively contributing to long-term customer success.

Preferred Candidate Experience:

  • Proficiency in WordPress
  • Experience managing website development projects
  • Previous work in a digital agency environment
  • Ability to review and edit web copy
  • Familiarity with SEO principles
  • Experience managing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • High level of English proficiency; bilingualism is a plus
  • Teaching experience is a plus
  • Hospitality experience, with a strong focus on supporting customers and clients experience, with a strong focus on supporting customers and clients
