Job Summary
Our Marketing Assistant will provide admin and operational support to the U.S. marketing team, including tasks like managing marketing databases, coordinating campaign logistics, creating marketing materials, conducting market research, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, all while ensuring the smooth running of marketing activities and achieving campaign goals.

  • Assists the marketing department with administrative tasks.
  • Manages and maintains marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Assists in creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Works with graphic designers and content strategists to create engaging visuals and copy.
  • Monitors and manages social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.
  • Studies website and social media metrics and writes analytics reports.
  • Conducts market research and competitive intelligence.
  • Helps plan and execute marketing campaigns, including newsletters, digital ads, events, and sales.
  • Collaborates with other departments as needed.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Advanced English (this will be assessed during the interview process)
  • Perfect MS environment knowledge: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to enhance presentation decks for customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to spot emerging trends
  • Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing, and search engines
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong writing and editing abilities
