Hi There! Looking to take the next step on your career? We have an agency that believes every marketing initiative should drive awareness, impact, and growth. As a B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how they communicate their brand and unique offerings to the world. You’ll lead efforts to boost brand visibility and ensure marketing strategies connect with our target audience while driving qualified leads to the sales team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of marketing strategy, develop key initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns that generate awareness and build strong relationships for high-profile engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the full marketing lifecycle across paid media, content marketing, organic social, and email.
  • Build and refine buyer personas, creating targeted content and strategies to engage key decision-makers.
  • Optimize demand generation efforts to increase inbound leads and support sales.
  • Own content creation for the website, blog, and other platforms to establish industry authority.
  • Ensure cross-channel alignment in brand messaging, paid ads, and engagement strategies.
  • Measure campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and refine approaches to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales to create effective B2B marketing collateral and nurture high-value prospects.
  • Establish and manage thought leadership initiatives, including case studies, events, and partnerships.
  • Scale organic and paid customer acquisition channels, ensuring consistent lead flow.
  • Support strategic efforts for long-term client retention and engagement.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Strong B2B marketing background with a track record in lead generation.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable analyzing KPIs, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, automation platforms, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with E-commerce, Klaviyo, Shopify, and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
