About the Client:
The client is an innovative company dedicated to helping private inventors transform their ideas into marketable products. They specialize in guiding clients through a comprehensive three-stage process that includes researching the feasibility of inventions, developing and protecting those inventions, and marketing them to key platforms such as Shark Tank and various manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ calls/touches per day to pre-qualified leads.
- Lead potential clients through the sales process, presenting service offerings and submitting contracts.
- Close high-ticket deals ranging from $1,000 to $15,000.
- Use CRM systems (n-house custom CRM) to manage customer information and follow up on leads.
- Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects with a focus on closing deals.
- Work closely with the team leader for ongoing CRM and sales technical training.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of inside sales experience, ideally in a B2C environment.
- Proven track record of closing contracts for high-value products or services.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with minimal accent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to digital tools for calls, texts, and CRM management.
- Must be comfortable working independently, while being part of a remote team.
- Willingness to sign an NDA and confidentiality agreement.
Commission Plan:
- $8 multiplied by 160 monthly CRM activity hours equals $1,280.
- Selling eight Phase One (inventions / App initiative guides) at an average deal of $1,000 each results in a gross income of $8,000.
- A commission of 10% on the gross income of $8,000 amounts to $800.
- Selling eight + Phase One (Invention/App Initiative Guide) per month earns you a $500 bonus.
**Total Monthly Potential Income**:
- The total monthly income sums up to $1,280 (activity hours), $800 (commission), and $500 (bonus), resulting in a total of $2,580 per month.
