Company Description

DY Corporation is a South Korean company founded in 1978. Throughout the years DY has become a globally competitive supplier of hydro automotive components for industrial machinery mainly focused in heavy duty. DY has been expanding around different countries such as Japan, China, India, USA and soon to be Mexico.

The site in Mexico is named DY Mechatronics and it is now in construction, expecting to be finished by the end of 2024. It is so far one of the biggest and most important projects held by the corporation, the reason why we are very excited to work on our new team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager position located in Nuevo León. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for carrying out the daily activities of the human resources department, attached to the operations activities. He/she directs all human talent management processes, plans, conducts and coordinates personnel activities and labor relations, as well as company policies and practices. He/She also ensures that the annual training plan is carried out correctly and that it permeates the organizational culture.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English level
  • Medium knowledge of Recruitment processes
  • Personnel administration, handling of personnel incidents
  • Medium knowledge of federal labor legislation and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to develop company regulations and procedures.
  • Medium knowledge in payroll calculation and SUA
  • Support Korean staff in all matters
  • Medium knowledge in the recruitment and selection process and hiring of staff
  • Establish the schedule of recognition events, staff well-being and organizational culture
  • Solid knowledge in developing training plans, from initial incorporation to compliance with the annual training plan
  • Ensure the timely supply of essential items and services for staff, such as:

Office supplies, work uniforms, personal protective equipment, food service, staff transportation service, cleaning service of company facilities, security service at company facilities.

  • Carry out any activity related to human resources.

Recruitment Process

Once the profile is reviewed by the HR and administration staff you will receive a call or a message from DY Mechatronics Mexico. It is a 3 step process which requires 3 different interviews. The first interview is held by phone call from the HR staff for general information and CV fact check. The second one follows up with a face to face interview in our offices with the participation of the administrative staff as well as the HR team. The last but not least interview is held with the participation of our vice-president and staff in which the final decision is made.
