Inside Sales Lead Manager
Location: Washington, DC
Type: Full-Time

We’re part of a real estate trio that includes Lot Squared Development (luxury homes) and Stony Creek Homes (mid-market homes). At DC HomeBuyer, we focus on finding off-market properties and providing sellers with honest, ethical solutions. It’s all about building trust and delivering results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Connecting with Sellers: You’ll make genuine connections over the phone, listen to their needs, and build trust.
- Setting the Stage for Success: Qualify opportunities, schedule appointments for our field team, and keep the process moving.
- Managing the Process: Use Salesforce to track leads, analyze metrics, and stay organized.
- Teamwork: Work closely with field sales and acquisitions teams to ensure a seamless seller experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relationship Builders: You know how to connect with people and have a knack for understanding their needs.
- Strong Communicators: Your phone skills are top-notch, and you can explain things clearly and confidently.
- Resilient and Motivated: Challenges don’t knock you down—they push you to work harder and smarter.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: You keep things on track and never let details slip through the cracks.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or relationship management.
- Background in real estate is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- High-energy and comfortable spending time on the phone.
