The Company:

Birdman is the leading plant-based supplements and food company in Mexico. We're dedicated to delivering delicious, nutritious, and environmentally friendly products. As we experience exponential growth and expand into over 8 countries, we seek the brightest and most talented individuals to join our team.

As a fully integrated company, we handle everything from R&D to manufacturing in-house, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

We operate like a startup—fast-paced, collaborative, and driven by a desire to make a difference. We’re looking for team members who are passionate, ambitious, and eager to contribute to a shared success story. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you.

Help us advance our mission to make a positive impact on people's lives and the planet, and come build the next unicorn with us!

The Role:
As Birdman's Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the Total Quality Management (TQM) system, overseeing both Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) throughout the entire product lifecycle—from development to manufacturing. A key part of your responsibilities will include managing regulatory affairs and ensuring the successful implementation, renewal, and maintenance of critical certifications such as USDA Organic, FSSC22000, Kosher, and others.

In addition, you will lead the Analytical Development Function, managing laboratory operations to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing methods, as well as raw material and product validation.

This is a unique opportunity to rebuild the quality function from the ground up, refining systems, processes, and the organizational structure to drive excellence. Your goal is to safeguard Birdman’s brand reputation by ensuring the highest quality standards across all operations and products, contributing to the long-term success and sustainability of the business.

The Candidate:

If you are passionate about contributing to the development and production of products of the highest quality, we want to talk to you. We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager that is well-versed in all aspects of quality management within the pharmaceutical and/or food industry, from the quality assurance, control, systems, and regulatory perspectives. Our successful candidate has strong analytical thinking and is able to translate business strategy into actionable plans. We look for candidates with experience not only operating under a certain quality system but one that has enough knowledge, experience and drive to build the Quality Department from scratch. This role suits team players who can make things happen every time and that flourish in environments that strive for excellence and are always on the lookout to make things better.
