Join our global team, and work on our leading travel insurance claims system.

You will be supporting clients in North America, with the opportunity to learn the travel insurance business, and enhance your knowledge of leading automation technologies.

Location

You will need to be based in Mexico or a nearby country.

As you will work from home you need to have a study or suitable work space. Work days will be Monday-Friday, with a maximum 40 work hours per week. You will generally work normal business hours but you need to have flexibility to work outside business hours if required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial diagnosis of system issues
• Resolve simple technical issues
• Monitor system interfaces
• Liaise with integration partners
• To help end users in North America with system queries
• Collaborate with the offshore dev team to make system changes

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 years experience in a technical support role, in an enterprise grade environment
• A background in insurance claims, travel insurance or health insurance is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Microsoft stack: SQL / .Net / Azure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• A positive, can do personality
• A degree level qualification in IT
