POSITION: Sales Executive

REPORTS TO: Sales and Reservations Manager

COLLABORATES WITH: All sales and reservations positions.

FUNCTION: Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets through the generation of group reservations.

BASE LOCATION: Nuevo Vallarta

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

SALES:

• Constant prospecting and generation of new leads in Zoho CRM.
• Opening new market segments such as fitness, incentives, etc.
• Handle and promptly follow up on group information requests and reservations.
• Promote Client services with enthusiasm, clarity, and precision.
• Multi-channel communication (phone, video calls, email, WhatsApp Business).
• Persuade and resolve prospect questions, answer FAQs, and follow up promptly on unconfirmed requests.
• Prepare and send customized proposals and quotes through Zoho CRM.
• Negotiate and close sales, addressing prospect objections.
• Timely follow-up on unconfirmed requests.
• Prepare contracts and collect initial deposits.

ADMINISTRATION AND INTERNAL COMMUNICATION:

• Ensure clear transition with the reservations department, which will handle the next steps in managing the reservation.
• Report income to the accounting division.
• Weekly and monthly sales reports for the Client to the General Management.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of promotional campaigns to achieve sales goals.

PUBLIC RELATIONS AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

• Conduct weekly hotel visits to gather customer feedback.
• Develop long-term relationships to encourage re-purchases and referrals.
• Send a weekly report of qualitative and quantitative feedback to the operational team.

PROFILE:

• Minimum 90% English proficiency.
• Preferably studies and/or professional experience in the United States or Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in tourism, business administration, marketing, or related fields.
• Previous experience with a renowned hotel brand, familiar with high standards of service quality.
• Passion for hospitality services.
• Preferably passionate about outdoor activities, ecotourism, wellness disciplines, personal growth, balanced living, fitness, yoga.

TOOLS:

• Cloudbeds (PMS), Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Asana, OTAs Extranets, Credit Card Terminals.
• Payment platforms like Stripe, OpenPay.
• General office equipment.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
• Sunday off, however, there is a monthly rotation to cover weekend office shifts.

COMPENSATION:

• Gross monthly salary: $26,500.00 (Twenty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos) equivalent to a gross daily salary of $883.33.
• Monthly sales performance bonuses.
• Grocery vouchers of $1,302.00 monthly, equivalent to $651.00 bi-weekly, based on days worked.
• Transportation support (the company offers ground transportation service).
• Attendance bonus of $651.00 per fortnight, based on days worked.
• Savings fund: 5% of monthly gross salary, equivalent to $1,325.00 or $662.50 bi-weekly.
• Optional savings box, with a minimum contribution of $100.00 per fortnight and a maximum of 30% of the monthly income.
• Legal MXN law benefits.

PRODUCTIVITY BONUS

• Monthly productivity bonus payable the Friday after the first fortnight.
