Role Description: The sales department at Odoo Mexico is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive. This role is crucial to our sales team, known for constantly facing new challenges in a diverse and enriching professional environment. Your job will involve contacting potential clients in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile who are interested in our software, analyzing their needs, and negotiating the sale of our solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Receive inbound leads, initiate contact with potential clients, and qualify them to determine their viability.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand each client's activities, challenges, and needs to offer customized solutions.
  • Customized Presentations: Provide tailored software demonstrations that address each client's specific needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process from initial qualification to closing the sale, including client onboarding.
  • Post-Sales Follow-Up: Maintain active follow-up for 9 months post-sale to ensure that all client business needs are fully met.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Passion for software products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced Spanish
  • Intermediate-advanced English
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience
