Job Title: RECRUITER SPECIALIST

Company: LawRank - Digital Marketing Agency Specializing in SEO, PPC, and Web Design

Location: Guadalajara - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the recruitment process by crafting and posting job ads, thoroughly screening applicants, and conducting interviews—all in a fully English-speaking environment.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, and networking events.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Execute smart staffing strategies to achieve the “first time right” ideal match of required technical and soft skills
  • Act as the gatekeeper for language proficiency, you will play a critical role in evaluating candidates; their English communication skills are key to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process
  • Act as an ally for the success of each head and team member, supporting the organization’s bench targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, employees, and candidates
  • Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively
  • Create and manage records of active vacancies and job applications
  • Participate in job fairs (virtually and in-person) to attract top talent
  • Assist in guiding new hires through the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and candidates
  • Proficiently communicate the need for the best talent through strong writing skills in job postings, emails, and other recruitment-related communications.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English Required: All communication with upper management and interviews will be conducted in English.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in HR management and recruitment, with a strong understanding of U.S. recruitment practices.
  • Proven experience managing the recruitment and selection process, including conducting bilingual interviews.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with ATS management and Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience conducting reference calls for candidates offered full-time positions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • C1/C2 English Certification (not required, but a plus), BILINGUAL, almost NATIVE LEVEL
  • Experience working for US CANADIAN market
  • Experience working with IMSS and local government requirements.
  • Passion for identifying and selecting great talent
