This expansive property includes 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the breathtaking Baja California Sur with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, Spa & Spa Garden, and a Clubhouse event facility.

The English Teacher is an essential member of the People & Culture team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our employees. The English Teache r prepare and provide grade-relevant learning activities that enable employees to learn the principles of the English language including the rules of grammar and syntax, to develop an understanding and appreciation of literature and to advance students' verbal and written communication abilities

Requirements:

• E nsuring the learn proper grammar, writing, and reading comprehension

• R esponsible for creating lesson plans that will teach employees the skills they need

• A nswering employees’ questions, grading, tests and essays, tracking progress, and teaching the importance of English

• P repare instructional aids and supplemental teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and employee needs

• S elect and requisition appropriate books , instructional aids and school supplies as needed

• D eliver lessons using a variety of differentiated instructional techniques that are appropriate to the academic level and meet the diverse needs of students

• M aximize the appropriate use of technology as an instructional tool

• T each grammar and syntax, vocabulary and word usage and other principles of the English language

• D evelop employees' verbal skills including reading out loud , discussion and debate

• E ncourage the development of critical thinking skills

• H elp employees to work independently and collaboratively in groups

• E stablish and maintain standards of employee behavior that conform to Four Seasons policies

• E ncourage student responsibility, cooperation, tolerance and mutual respect in a manner consistent with Four Seasons policies and procedures

• T rack and monitor employee learning using a variety of techniques

• P repare and administer assessments that are curriculum-aligned

• P articipate in staff meetings and training sessions

• U ndertake professional development activities to ensure continued professional growth and development of teaching skills
