Lead Generation Agent
Excellent English and Communication Skills
15,000 Mexican pesos per month, plus great bonus after hire
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outbound calling, email outreach, current client outreach, and outbound prospecting, and strong communication skills to engage potential clients and generate high-quality leads. Experience in cash value Life Insurance and annuities in the US Market is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Email Outreach – Proactively reach potential clients through high-volume outbound calls and personalized cold emails to generate qualified leads.
Lead Prospecting & Qualification – Research and identify prospective clients, assess their needs and qualify leads for life insurance and annuity products.
Nurture current client base by scheduling annual reviews and asking for referrals
CRM & Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools in a Go High-Level account.
Relationship Building – Establish trust and rapport with prospects and current clients, nurture leads, book appointments, and drive conversions.
Strategic Outreach – Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine messaging, enhance engagement, and optimize lead generation strategies.
Performance Tracking – Monitor key metrics (e.g., response and conversion rates) to improve outreach effectiveness.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound calling, and email outreach, preferably in the U.S. insurance market (life insurance & annuities).
Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
Strong outbound sales experience, including handling objections and closing appointments.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and manage leads.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Go High Level and outreach automation tools is a plus.
Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
