Position Title: Sales Team Supervisor

Mission of the Role:

The mission of the Sales Team Supervisor at Detail Cleaning Services is to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring their success in meeting sales targets while upholding exceptional client service standards. By fostering a supportive and motivating environment, the Supervisor will enhance team productivity and drive company growth.

Results to be Generated:

• Ensure the team achieves a 40% lead-to-sale conversion rate collectively.
• Drive the retention of at least 40% of initial cleanings as recurring clients.
• Maintain a 99% response rate within business hours for all sales team inquiries and lead follow-ups.
• Facilitate continuous improvement through performance evaluations and skill-building initiatives.

Skills Required:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a sales or client-facing role.
• Proven experience in sales leadership or team management with a record of driving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, processes, and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to guide and motivate team members.
• Clear, effective and articulate verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
• Proficiency in using CRM and other sales management tools.
