We are seeking a Purchase Engineer with over 5 years of experience as a purchasing supervisor and more than 3 years of experience in the printing and packaging industries. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with proficiency in SAP operations. This role is critical for expanding supply channels, developing new suppliers, and optimizing procurement processes for our manufacturing projects in China.

Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Expansion:
• Expand project supply channels and develop new suppliers.
• Introduce new suppliers and evaluate their performance.
• Procurement Management:
• Manage the procurement of project fixed assets, equipment, materials, services, and projects.
• Handle business negotiations, contract signing, payments, and warehousing reconciliation.
• Bidding and Project Implementation:
• Execute bidding and procurement projects, including the preparation of bidding documents and the organization and implementation of bidding reviews.
• Project Participation:
• Act as the procurement representative in project supply chain meetings.
• Follow up on project progress, ensure project delivery, and coordinate between procurement and sales.
• Market Analysis:
• Track changes in market prices and technical trends to enhance product quality and reduce procurement costs.
• Supplier Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
• Manage procurement and manufacturing costs effectively, providing guidance on project hardware solutions and selection strategies.
• Internal Procurement Management:
• Implement and manage internal procurement processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience as a purchasing supervisor.
• More than 3 years of experience in the printing and packaging industries.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both usable as working languages.
• Proficient in SAP operations.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions to optimize procurement processes.
