Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience as a recruiter.
• Tech-savvy is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Fully bilingual in English & Spanish (Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English is required).
• Welcoming, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruiting platforms and oversee candidate selection.
• Perform administrative tasks such as tracking and monitoring documentation for new staff members.
• Conduct talent sourcing and headhunting efforts.
• Provide attention and follow-up to internal clients.
• Write and post job advertisements and job descriptions.
• Interview candidates and provide timely follow-ups throughout their process.
